just when I thought I could leave a glowing review, I encountered a pool that resembled a teenage party gone wrong and a front desk staff that just shrugged it off. absolutely appalling. no fitness room to boot, and the decor is in desperate need of a touch-up. all this for a so-called premium experience?

The breakfast selection was impressive, featuring multiple waffle makers and a variety of oatmeal toppings. The staff was accommodating, allowing for a two-hour late checkout due to my schedule.
